Stella vom Spitzenhund is a Sable (Agouti) AKC German Shepherd Dog. Her pedigree is nothing less than World-Class. Her Dam, Haska Apanta Rei, is from the Slovakian breeding station, Apanta Rei, which is known for producing World Champion German Shepherds. Stella's Sire, Grendel vom Hanrahaus, is a direct son of Bomber vom Wolfsheim.
Stella is a medium-large female (75 lbs) with a muscular build, square head, and strong bones. She has a short to mid-length coat with a natural prey, ball, and hunt drive.
A DNA Health Screen performed by Embark Vet showed Stella to be a non-carrier of 11 breed-relevant genetic conditions including Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) N/N and a non-carrier of 211 additional genetic conditions. Stella's Hip/Elbow x-rays were evaluated as good.
